Synopsis:
There are fidgety encounters, like there are uncomplicated goodbyes. All Yuan Zhinan left behind on the morning of her departure from the world was a letter and an invitation to a school reunion. Attending the reunion in lieu of her late elder sister, Zhihua accidentally ran into Yin Chuan, her crush of her youth. As old memories are evoked to a present time of reshuffled relationships, as correspondences travel through different contexts and times, Zhihua slowly uncovers the intricate story among the trio.

日本青春經典大師岩井俊二與金像導演陳可辛聯手撰寫情書新一頁，榮膺2018香港亞洲電影節閉幕電影。 姐姐袁之南離世的那個清晨，匆匆留下一封信和一張同學會邀請函。妹妹之華 (周迅 飾) 代替姐姐參加，遇見年少時的傾慕對象尹川 (秦昊 飾)，之華意外地開始向尹川寄出沒有回郵地址的信，講述日常生活中的瑣事及煩惱。另一方面，尹川把回信寄往記憶中之南的舊居，之南的女兒睦睦在好奇心驅使下以母親的名義回信。三人相互傾訴和追憶，往日的記憶慢慢蘇醒，漸漸揭開了三代人糾葛的故事…同時也呼喚著每個人邂逅內心最好的自己。
