Synopsis:
Citizen King is an unknown Hong Kong actor who seems to be going nowhere. His talent and his ‘acting with strangers’ videos are the only things left with him. Not until he meets Hollywood producer Larry Mills who offers him a chance to go to Hollywood. The only thing is, before Larry leaves Hong Kong, Citizen must present an actor’s DVD portfolio that includes martial arts performance. While preparing the DVD, Citizen hires a has-been Kung Fu director Master Cheung to help him choreograph the fight.

Citizen romances Annie, the only person who sees the talent and tenderness beneath of the struggling actor. With the tight schedule and the large fee Master Cheung demands, going to Hollywood could be a little tough for Citizen King.
