Synopsis:

Shinichi is an incompetent high school teacher who can never get things right, and is slow in everything he does. Since his childhood days to this very day, he is a great admirer of the TV drama "Zebra Man". To satisfy his compulsion, Shinichi creates his own Zebra Man costume and goes out into the midnight town as "Zebra Man". As he was waltzing along, he stumbles upon the phantom killer. After this incident, he notices that whenever he wears this costume, he obtains power. Although he doesn't have the slightest idea that the phantom killer is an alien from outer space. At the same time Shinichi had beaten the phantom killer, the Japanese government is informed by the CIA that aliens are preparing for invasion...
